Yestarday on march 27th i went to TEDx youth waterloo, they had many speakers from 9 year old maddie  cranston to middle weight boxing champion syd vanderpool. Many speakers and MC's kept bringing up the phrase "chasing home", what does this mean? from this trip yestarday i was able to understand that chasing home isnt something simple, you have to try and achieve what you feel is home and what makes you feel like you, weather it be something simple like finding the job of your dreams that makes you truly happy or joining a club at school you feel pationate about but were to afraid to join, but in the end it doesnt matter, if it makes you happy you should do it no matter what other people think.

At TEDx i heard from multiple speakers that wanted to share there stories and how they came to be who they are today. Richard mclean was one of which who share his struggles and hardships throughout his life, he was raised by a bad father and his mother had died from cancer at an early age of life, he then moved from group homes to foster homes and eventually became homeless, the loss of his sister was also a huge deal in his life and he was able to find the strength and carry on. Even after all that he was still able to find home, proving that chasing home is a struggle when you don't know what it is your chasing and like

i would love to go to Brazil because i love the nature and all the wildlife they have there. i would want to see the rain forest and hang out on the beaches. i think the natural forests and cliffs would be a great experience and i also think it would be cool to get on a plane and skydive over Rio De Jeneiro
it would be cool to go hang out on the beaches because of the beautiful scenery and the wonderful landscape. i would enjoy taking simple tours, as well as doing activities like snorkeling and taking boat rides. one other thing i would enjoy doing in Brazil, specificly Rio De Jeneiro, would be to go skydiving. i would LOVE to go sky diving over Rio De Jeneiro because why would you skydive over country farm land here in Canada when you can skydive over various mountain ranges and beautiful ocean bays.

That awesome moment when you wake up on a thursday and start to get out of bed for school, dreading the last day of school before friday and as you reach over to look at your phone to check your messages from that previous night, you see the clock and realize its only 4a.m. and you can turn your head back on to your pillow and go back to bed and you have that heart warming sensation that you can go back to sleep for another 3 hours and then you snuggle up in your warm sheets, rest your head on the comfy pillow and dose off again till you reach the true time to wake up

in class we just learned a few rights we have and don't have, the thing that shocked me the most was that students, when under 18, can be arrested for truancy. its weird knowing that skipping class is considered illegal and that we can be fined and charged for doing it

that awesome moment when you get your xbox back from it being taken away for 4 months and now you can play call of duty online with your friends and can enjoy boring nights at home,
